Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days after delivery

Please contact us before returning any item.

Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service for returns

We cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified by email
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review the situation and do our best to resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Items returned without prior contact
  • Items damaged after delivery due to use, storage, or handling

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Delivery delays caused by customs, holidays, or local postal services do not qualify for refunds
  • Limited tracking updates during international transit are normal and do not indicate a lost shipment

For returns shipped from outside the European Union, parcels must be clearly labeled as “Returned goods” or “Return of merchandise”.

Any import fees charged on returned parcels are outside of our control.
